My name is Mani, and I’m the founder of Midas Caviar.

Based in the Netherlands, I’ve always been passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and the finer things in life. When I discovered the world of caviar, I was captivated by its rich heritage, exceptional taste, and the way it transforms ordinary moments into unforgettable experiences.

At the age of 20, I founded Midas Caviar with one clear vision: to offer exceptional caviar while building a brand people can trust for quality, elegance, and attention to detail.

Certified & Responsible Sourcing

At Midas Caviar, luxury begins with origin, quality and trust.

Every selection in the Midas collection is sourced through our trusted CITES registered caviar partner and professionally packed and sealed for Midas within an approved European food safety environment.

CITES regulates the international trade of sturgeon and caviar and helps ensure responsible sourcing and full product traceability. Each Midas Caviar tin is connected to detailed information about its species, origin, production, facility and batch.

Our caviar is carefully handled under controlled conditions to protect freshness, texture and flavour from packing to delivery.

Beyond certification and traceability, every selection must meet the Midas Standard for pearl quality, texture, colour, salinity, consistency and freshness.
